Italian Meatballs
Serves 4 - 5
2 lbs ground chuck beef
1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup Woodstock Farms® Organic Lowfat Milk
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
2 Tablespoons Nantucket Off-Shore® Renaissance Rub

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together, form into 1 1/2 inch balls, simmer on medium heat cook in your favorite spaghetti sauce until brown on the inside, about 30 - 45 minutes. Use them to top a pasta of your choice or slice and add to your favorite roll for a delicious sandwich!
